Poker Hall: New Vote Format Unlocks Potential Backlog

(AsiaGameHub) –   By: Christian Pierce
The World Series of Poker is revamping Poker Hall of Fame inductions. For ages, only one person entered yearly. Now, 2026 could see up to 6 inducted. Public nominations are open. Fans nominate players (40+ with high stakes) or non-players who boosted poker. The old format lagged—2020 switch to one per year piled up backlogs. 2025 showed issues; now, 33 living Hall members vote on top 8. 22 votes get in. WSOP will publish voting results.
